win8 pro 64bit 何をどうやっても 「windows 95/98/Me では動作しません。」 ウィンドウが出てダメ。

Windows7 64bit では何をやっても使えませんでした,,, 以前WindowsXPで使った時なら問題ありませんでした

Windows 7　64ビットでは使用できませんでした。Windows 95/98/Me では動作しません というダイアログが出てしまい、先に進みません。管理者権限を付けても駄目です。６４ビット用のvfd.sysでも駄目です。 残念です。

Windows 7 x64 環境下では使用できませんでした。　vfdwin.exeを実行すると「Windows 95/98/Me では動作しません。」というエラーが発生し、GUIソフトの起動が出来ません。　ドライバをx64用と思われるものに置き換えたりコマンドプロンプトでCUI操作しても同じ現象が発生しています。　別の方が公開されているカスタム版であればWindows 7 x64環境でも動作していることを確認できましたので、このページにて公開されているバージョンではWindows 7 x64環境では使用できないと判断しております。　よってこの評価とさせていただきます。
