was added for a problem with hex encoding in newer
(2.3+) versions of Python. This affects yenc CRC
checks. A status indicator for header refresh was
added. Incremental header writing was added, so if
there's a problem when in the middle of
downloading thousands of headers, you don't lose
what you've got so far.
