Phonebook.php is designed for large companies with multiple locations and departments. It supports searching based on site, department, or name, and features online paging and an admin interface.

This release adds a separate Admin screen (which deals better with phplib), Import/Export (if xlHTML is installed it will even do excel imports), and support for international phone numbers.
Fixes to work with phplib7.2, fixes for case in the MySQL install, an updated README to help with configuring php3.ini, and removal of some outdated code.
A snapshot of phplib is included, which means that you no longer have to edit the php.ini file. A duplicate session ID bug was fixed. No new features were added since 1.2.
