GPicSync uses a GPS receiver to find the best
localization for your pictures and writes this
meta-data into your pictures' headers. After
synchronization, you can use your pictures with
software or Web sites which can read the
localization meta-data in your pictures, such as
Picassa/Google Earth and Flickr. GPicSync is short
for "GPS Picture Synchronization".
