Control-C now kills awb, not only subprocesses. Only a single breadcrumb entry is created for index.html files Page titles can now be commented by stripping comment markers when setting the page title. The software now differentiates between a non-existent site root/source directory and an existing but not directory, and prints a message and quits nicely when options are not found in site configuration.
The -l option was added to list all sites. Blog post formatting was fixed to use post date, not mtime. A problem in sitemap timestamp was fixed. The usage string was updated. Empty meta descriptions are not inserted. Crashing is avoided while getting the title for an empty file. The manual was moved to a separate location. The <?insert siteroot dots?> command was added. Docstring cleanup was done.
