全く同じ性能の友人のPCで起動しなかったのですが、GPUドライバを8.15.10.2622に更新したら起動するようになりました。
Javaは、これより大分古いバージョンでも起動してましたが…ま、最新版の方が良いと思います。

…流石に、重い作業は出来ないっぽいです…orz
