お世話になっております

Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1のサーバに対しHinemosAgentInstaller-3.2.1_win2008server_64.msiをインストールしようとしたところ、下記のエラーが発生しインストールできませんでした。

Product: HinemosAgent3.2.1 -- Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action AgentCustomAction, location: C:\Windows\Installer\MSI97F6.tmp, command: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Hinemos\Agent3.2.1\ " "192.168.1.1"

確認いたしましたところ、2008R2 SP1及び2008 SP1、2008SP2においても同様の事象が発生するようです。
何か回避策などありましたらご教授いただけませんでしょうか？
